I am getting the following error whe trying to open some
folders an a secondary drive;

faulting module msvcrt.dll, version 7.0.2600.1106, fault

I've tried to run this command to repair IE (if that's
the problem) but ther system doesn't have "setupwbv.dll"!!

Hi Scott,
IE <> Explorer.

I came across this (or similar, forget the exact syntax) error while helping
out a friend.
After a bit of research I found a fix (although not an explanation).
Turning off Indexing on the affected drive fixed this persons fault and the
error never came back.

My Computer - right click the problem drive - untick "allow indexing service
to index this drive...etc"
May be unrelated to your problem but worth a try while waiting for other
possibles.
