Event-7031

When I am connected to the internet(dial-up) this message
pops up every time.SVChost.exe has generated errors and
will be closed by windows.You will need to restart the
program.An error log is being created.
in the error log it says Event-7031.
can anyone help me with this.Thank you

Scan online at http://housecall.antivirus.com/ or
http://www.mcafee.com/myapps/mfs/default.asp,
also hit windowsupdate.microsoft.com
