sevice control manager error in event system log

rpc service terminated error 7031; appears to create the
file 'winhlpp32.exe' in the winnt\system32 folder and
logs an entry in event security log that a new process
has been created this '.exe'; there is no reference to
the winhlpp32.exe file in the knowledge database; what is
winhlpp32.exe?
