Errors

Every time I log on to my computer I get a message
telling me that a error has occurred with my Windows. It
asks me if I want to send an error report and I do but
never receive any reply. I would like to get some help in
resolving this problem. I can't log into my Optonline
account either. I need help to resolve these two

When I try to send e-mail I get The host 'smtp' could not be found and the
host 'pop 3 could not be found.

You need to use the correct POP3 and SMTP servers for your ISP. Ask your ISP
to show you how to setup your email program.
