"Error with device driver" message

Brendan

I have a Nvidia FX series graphics card. About once a
day, my computer will just reboot itself, uninitiated.
Once it gets back to the desktop a msg says that my
computer has recovered from a serious error. The two
files are:

C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini101803-01.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\BRENDA~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERA.tmp.dir00
\sysdata.xml

XP says its a problem with one of the device drivers but
it doesn't know which one. The computer manufacturer
(ibuypower.com) tech rep says that he's encountered
similar problems with other customers regarding Nvidia FX
series graphics cards and Windows XP. He told me to
contact nvidia and microsoft. Well, nvidia doesn't have
customer support for the end user so they won't help
out. Question: What do I do? Thanks.

Brendan,
Go to Windows Update and scan for updates.... there
should be an update for your card under the driver
updates section. If there is not please send me your
dxdiag.txt (if you need to know how to do this please
send me e-mail). Also if you could send me an e-mail
with all of the files that are in your
C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\ directory that would be great! In
addtion if your GeForceFX has a fan you should check and
make sure that it is still spinning.

Thanks in advance,
Aaron C. Smith
