error when updating deff.

I just installed Windows Defender and when I try to "update" I get an error
in my task bar icon saying "Windows Defender was unable to complete the
update: 0x80240022. The wrong diskette is in the drive. Insert %2(Volume
Serial Number: %3) into drive %1."
I am using a dell inspiron 600m lap top with windows XP SP2
Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
