Error when trying to load program

I just purchase Outlook 2007. The box did not say anywhere that this was an
upgrade but when I try to put the program on my computer I get the following
message...

Error 1311. Source file not found. E:\PA561401.CAB

Anyone know what I need to do?

So are we to guess what is your E: drive? Is that CD/DVD drive in
which you inserted the installation CD for OL2007? If so, the install
program was able to start from the CD but cannot read the identified
file from that CD (so try using a CD scratch kit).

As a test, you could see if you can copy the entire CD, including its
subdirectories to a temp folder. This would check that the drive can
read all files on that install CD.

The E drive is the CD drive. I will try what you suggested.
