error code 1311

i am trying to install office home and student 2007 and keep getting error
code 1311 source file not found. E\PA561401.cab verify that file exists and
that you can access it.

I had this error a couple of times.

Try switching off automatic scanning of your virus scanner.
For me, this solved the problem....
