Error when trying to add contact

[MACCS XI]

I live in Canada and, when trying to add a contact to my Windows mail
contacts list... my fiance in the Philippines... all I get is a message
saying "Error has occured. Send could not be added to contacts". Never had
trouble adding her before at the same address she's always written me from.

Another strange aspect of this is that I found one of her letters in my junk
mail even though it shoulsd have been in my inbox.

How are you adding the contact(manually or via selection of the person email address) ?

Add her valid email address to the Safe Sender's list. Sometimes due to the content of the message or included links a junk mail
filter may still route a message to the Junk folder.
