I know it says not to reply...but it's still not working. The resolutions
are asking me to go to things I don't have access to or even not have in my

Is Infocom.ph your home ISP? If so, were you at home when you
got that error message?
That error message typically means that you were attempting
to use an SMTP server that was not on the same network as the
network providing your Internet connection at that moment.

Yes...infocom.ph is my ISP. I haven't adjusted anything since last night and
last night, my email was working just fine. Now, I have no idea what
happened. I still cannot send out emails but I can receive them.

I retyped the email addresses, even though they were just replies, to make
sure that everything was correct but I still get the same thing.

If you were at home, try this: go to Tools, Accounts, select

box for "My server requires authentication."
Does it send now?

you at home when you got that error message, or were
you someplace else, like an Internet café?

If you were at home, try this: go to Tools, Accounts, select
the mail.scdi.ph account, properties, Servers, select the
box for "My server requires authentication."
Does it send now?

Gary VanderMolen

Yes...infocom.ph is my ISP. I haven't adjusted anything since last night and
last night, my email was working just fine. Now, I have no idea what
happened. I still cannot send out emails but I can receive them.

I retyped the email addresses, even though they were just replies, to make
sure that everything was correct but I still get the same thing.

Is Infocom.ph your home ISP? If so, were you at home when you
got that error message?
That error message typically means that you were attempting
to use an SMTP server that was not on the same network as the
network providing your Internet connection at that moment.

So, I take it you are not able to send to anyone.
Are your co-workers at the office all having the same problem?
If yes, this would tend to implicate the mail server.
If no, this would suggest a bad setting or corruption in your
Windows Mail program.

by the way, thank you so much for assisting me.

From the research I've done it appears that this error message would
typically mean that the intended recipient was on a spam blacklist.

All my co-workers were able to access their mails with not problem. It was
really just mine.

The whole day yesterday, I didn't send any emails...but this morning, my
mail was fine again. No idea what changed or happened during the evening but
it's fine now.

Anyway, thank you, Gary for being really patient with me and my "mail"
issues. I do appreciate the help and assistance.
