Error when running norton windows doctor

Hi, when I run norton windows doctor, I get this error message:
"C:\Program Files\Common
Files\InstallShield\Professional\RunTime\10\00\Intel32\DotNetInstaller.exe"
cannot access a necessary file, "mscoree.dll."
The reason I am asking about it here instead of the norton web site is
because it didnt start happening untill I installed service pack 2. Im just
curiouse if there is any know fixes for this error. Thanks!!

Run a search and make sure the mscoree.dll file is in your system32
directory. If not, send a copy there. You will find one in the i386
directory.

Good luck
