Hi Francis,
1= First is do you have Anti-virus installed and up2date definitions with
Anti-spywares up2date too.
If yes scan with them for Malwares/Viruses in both Normal Mode and Safe Mode.
If not try a scan on line from these vendors:
http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan
http://www.avast.com
http://trendmicro.com

Formalwares tools:
http://www.lavasoftusa.com for Lava SE for personal use
http://www.safer-networking.org for S&D

2 = If all clean try to start with clean boot, on how to perform clean boot
read this:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310353
And see if the Error Will disappear, and restart the Apps/Programs
one-by-one and see which one is the culprit/cause of the problem.

3 = If still no avail try and download this Utility andunzip it to your
C:\Documents and setting\Francis\My Document and after that run and see what
you can see there download from here:
http://www.sysinternals.com/Utilities/processexplorer.html

4 = Try system Reinstall/Repair read this KB but also Back up your Data
first (recommended):
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315341/

Please perform one step (1, 2, 3 ,4) at a time and Reboot your computer and
see if the Error will go away.

HTH.
Please let us know your progress.
Regs,
nass
