Error opening Microsoft Office Outlook 2003

Operating platform is Windows XP. When I try to open Microsoft Offic
Outlook 2003, I get the following error:

"The add-in C:\Progra~1\SPAMBL~1\Bin\477~1.0\SBOLExt.dll could not b
installed or loaded. This problem may be resolved by using Detect an
Repair on the Help menu."

I click "OK" and Outlook opens anyway - normally. I'm just trying t
eliminate this error message from appearing everytime I open Outlook.
It didn't use to do this and I really don't know why it started.
tried the "Detect and Repair" suggestion, but it did not fix th
problem ... the error still pops up.

You answer is in there. It appears you'll be doing some editing of the
registry. Hopefully this is something you are or can be comfortable with.
Ensure you back up the registry either way prior to making any changes.
