Hi sleepyjoe :)

You don't mention which version of Windows you have, however, try the
following and see if it helps:

'Action Canceled' error message is considered a 'friendly http' error
message in IE.
Go to Tools>Internet Options> Advanced tab and uncheck "Show friendly HTTP
error messages" then open the page back up and see what information it
gives you
or............

If you're running a windows 2000 or xp machine, look for a file called
"HOSTS" (no extension) and delete this file (or (rename it HOSTSbak - if you
don't feel confortable deleting it) , reboot, then try to bring up the page
again.

or..............

Script Debugging Problem

Open IE
Tools | Advanced
Under Browings:
Disable Script Debugging - Check it
Display a notification about every script error - Uncheck it
Apply
OK

also.......

Check for the following:

Have you deleted your temporary internet files since this problem
started - if not, do it now:

Safely Delete the Temporary Internet Files
http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/delcache.htm

If you have Zone Alarm Pro: [Private Header Info - enabled?] Reset "Ad
Blocking"
and "Cookie Control" to "medium" "Mobile Code Control" = Off

desired site.

Cookie blocking software that are blocking "required" Cookies.

WebWasher Standard Filter/URL Filter

and..........

http://inetexplorer.mvps.org/answers2.htm#secure_sites

Allow active content to run in files on My Computer - Windows XP Service

If these steps do not resolve your problem, please post back to this thread
with the details and any error messages.

Hope this helps

Hi,
You may have another program blocking ads, images or redirects. About the
HOSTS file. If using Windows XP Home, go to
c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts. Try to open the HOSTS file. When
asked which program to use, choose Notepad from the list. If there are no
entries except for some examples, that file isn't blocking anything and
isn't causing the problem. More info at http://www.accs-net.com/hosts/

There are other programs that can cause this listed on this page:
Red X- Pictures do not Show: http://www.fjsmjs.com/IE/redx.htm
I've heard reports that Norton Internet Security can cause this.
Reinstalling NIS should help.

You'll have to take a look at any security-type program that might be
causing this. Disable them one at a time until you find the troublemaker.

Hope this helps,
Don
