Error on Page when using hotmail account and other pages

Hi All,

Like some other people on this group I get an "Error on page" on the left
bottom of the IE window, and when I
click on Mail, although I can see the titles of the emails, but when I click
on them, they cannot be opened

The detail of the error is as follows:

Problems with this web page may prevent it from from being displayed
properly or functioning properly. In future you can display this message by
doubleclicking the warning icon on the status bar.

Line: 1
Char: 1
Error: Object expected
Code: 0
URL:http://by1fd.bay1.hotmail.msn.com/...............

I am using the Windows 2000 Operating System and my Browser Is IE
6.0.2800.110615
I can access my hotmail account from other computers so that is not the
problem.
I have reinstalled and repaired IE6 , Messenger & run Ad-aware but still
have problems. In another message, someone suggested a similar problem could
be fixed by disabling AdSubtract but I do not have this utility.
Any other suggestions?

John

Get the latest. Two download versions are available for Windows Script 5.6.
The first version requires Windows 2000, XP; the second version requires
