Errors on page - failure to access web features

I using IE6 on windows 98 and having problem accessing
some features of some websites, such as dropdown menus,
server scripts, etc.

For example the "select or de-select all messages" feature
within the Hotmail inbox tab produces "Error on page."
which is typical of what I am getting on other websites.

The details of these errors are shown below:
Line: 2 Char: 2 Error: Expected '/' Code: 0 URL:
http://lw10fd.law10.hotmail.msn.com/cgi-bin/HoTMail

Line: 2 Char: 1 Error: 'L' is undefined Code: 0 URL:
http://lw10fd.law10.hotmail.msn.com/cgi-bin/HoTMail

Line: 313 Char: 1 Error: Object expected Code: 0 URL:
http://lw10fd.law10.hotmail.msn.com/cgi-bin/HoTMail

I was also getting this with IE5.5. Has anyone come across
this before?

Mike - I'm running across a similar problem. On some
(many!) web pages I get "Internet Explorer Script Error"
an error has occured in the script..."
Then I get:
Line: 2
Character: 7
Code: 0

I'm running on Windows XP and can't seem to find any help
on the Microsoft site. If you hear of anything, please
let me know.

Thanks,

Dave T

Common script errors messages can be eliminated by Clicking:
Menu: Tools - Internet Options - Advanced tab.
Check "Disable script debugging"
Uncheck "Display a notification about every script error"

If you have a popup killer disable it.
