Error Messages

I don't know how to resolve two error messages when trying to receive/send
emails. Somehow during my efforts it seems I have two accounts but only
need one. Can comeone please help.

First message:

The host 'POP3' could not be found.
Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly.
Account: 'POP3', Server: 'POP3', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure (SSL):
No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D.

Second message:

The host 'POP3' could not be found.
Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly.
Account: 'POP3 (1)', Server: 'POP3', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure
(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D.

If you have set up 2 accounts, then remove one of them.
"POP3" is not a correct email server name.
