I can not figure out my outlook. I can not send/receive anything. I keep on
getting the message:
The host 'www.smtp-server.elp.rr.com' could not be found. Please verify that
you have entered the server name correctly. Account: 'Road Runner Account',
Server: 'www.smtp-server.elp.rr.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL):
No, Socket Error: 11004, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D
Any ideas on what to do and not to do?
I am also running two Outlooks. One is the Outlook Express adn teh other one
is the Microsoft Office Outlook. The second one when I open it I get the
message:
"Your Microsoft Exchange Server is unavailable. Retry- work offline- cancel
When I press retry- I get back to the same point. When I press work offline
I get the following message: "Unable to open your default e-mail folders.
Your profile is not configured. The only option on the bottom of the page is
OK. So when I click on it the program terminates or in other words closes.
What should I do?
