error message

when i log on to the msn game zone and bring up the
hearts game it loads up to the part of the tables and
rooms, when i click on a room to join i get a message as
follows "a web page error is preventing the game from
opening, try refreshing the game or try later" which i
have done hundreds of times, what is the ptoblem i am
encountering.

Hi Evelyn,

Your Norton's Security is at fault. Either Disable it before you
try entering a game lobby, or change http to httpS in the URL
ex: httpS://zone.com/spades .. and then click GO.
