whenever i try and play backgammon, i get a message
saying 'cannot launch game' 'a web page error is
preventing the game from opening please refresh and try
again later' does anyone know how i can get rid of this &
try playing my favourite game again?

Hi Jo,

That's a Norton's Error and Message. Either Disable Norton's before
you try entering a game lobby, or change http to httpS in the URL
ex: httpS://zone.com/backgammon .. and then click GO.
