Error Message

After I start my computer the desk top appears and I
recieve the following error message:

"There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk
into drive\Device\Harddisk1\DR2."

I hit cancel on this error message and my computer
continues to operate without any apparent problem. Any
idea how to remove this error message?
