Error Message

Starting up Windows 2000 an error comes up. It
says, "svchost.exe has generated errors and will be closed
by windows. You will have to restart your computer. An
error log is being created." Right after that the
computer shuts down. Any ideas on the fix?

Sounds like one of the blaster variants.

Do a search through this forum for "svchost", also make sure you are up to
date on Windows fixes.
