Error message

I'm getting a STOP error message quite frequently (on a
blue screen) and I'm wondering if anyone can help. Here's
the message:

STOP: 0x0000000A (0xE1378F48, 0x00000002, 0x00000000,
0x80462133) IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

***Address 80462133 base at 80400000, Date Stamp 3d366686 -
ntoskrnl.exe


Can anyone help?
