Error message "Windows cannot find http://oca.microsoft.com/resredir.aspx? "

After my system crashes and I reboot I get the message below.
Can anybody help me figure out how or what I need to fix it

Windows cannot find
'http://oca.microsoft.com/resredir.aspx?sid=10&Bucket=0xF4_IOERR_
C000000E_IMAGE_hardware_disk&State=1&ID=157d7863-45fa-4f35-
a30e-d2f983d882cb&LCID=1033&)OS=5.1.2600.2.00010100.2.0'.
Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. Tosearch for
a file,click the start button, and then click Search.

I have precicely this problem... Whats even more annoying is that my system
DOES crash... but I'm thinking that maybe this message is related... any
ideas... anyone?
