Error message when importing Click to DVD video

WHEN I ATTEMPT TO IMPORT VIDEO FILES FROM CLICK TO DVD, i GET AN ERROR
MESSAGE: "The file C:\Click to DVD 2\P2006-0319-144738\VC6f751f.mpg cannot be
imported because the codec required to play the file is not installed on your
computer."
I SAW THAT MOVIE MAKER 2.1 DOES SUPPORT .MPEG.
SO WHAT'S THE DEAL?

It will only support mpeg if it can get the codec from your system. It
obviously can't so you are out of luck. Try updating your mpeg decoder,
directx, also try updating WMP, adding or updating Windows media encoder and
if it still doesn't work, they it's a case of getting an app to change the
mpeg to a dv-avi or wmv for editing.
