Error message trying to reinstall Earthlink Total Access

computer froze whil on line. Had to close by the off button. Went back on line and had no in-box. Tech had me uninstall earthlink. Now cant reinstall eith download r with disk . get message Erroor 1334 File Phones.txt cannot be instlalled because file cannot be found in cabinet file Data 1.cab . Download keeps getting interrupted too. What can I do. Also Unable to verify integrity of file: C:\Docume~1\Raul&E~1\Locals~1\Temp\TA2004_1_42_0_0_1_xp.exe Help
