Error message 'the specified module could not be found'

I just recently dumped some programs from my machine that
were games and then deleted what was left of their
directories. One was something called Wildtangent and now
when I boot my machine up I get this dialog box that
has 'RUNDLL' on the top line and then after the red circle
with the white x in it the message, 'Error loading
C:\Program Files\WildTangent\Apps\CDA\cdaEngine0400.dll'
Can I edit the registry or some other file that boots to
use that dll to fix this problem or does anyone know how
to fix this?
Thanks
