Boot errors

When I boot I have two errors that arise:

- "TouchED Error
Error Code - 0x00031402, 0x00000002"
What is this and how can I get rid of it upon boot?

- "RUNDLL
Error loading c:\program file\wildtangent\apps\CDA\
cdaengine0400.dll
The specifid module could not be found"

I uninstalled the wildtangent software and now this
error occurs upon boot...how do I get rid of this?

For the rundll error go to Start | Run. Type in msconfig. Hit enter.
On the start up tab uncheck the line that loads cdaengine0400.dll.
Click apply and exit. You will need to reboot. When it reboots click
the check box to have msconfig not tell you again you made changes.
Don't know about the first error.
