Error message: "Sendkeys action requires utility add-in to be load

I am trying to add a sendkeys action to my macro to pass some keystrokes,
however, I keep getting an error message stating: "Sendkeys action requires
[FileName] utility add-in to be loaded".

I have even tried a simple macro with only a sendkeys action to see if it
would still give me this error message and it does. Seems like it absolutely
wants me to load an add-in.

I have Access 2003 and have not needed a senkeys action in a long time. Are
you supposed to get a utility add-in before using the sendkeys action?? If
so, where do I get it and if not, what am I doing wrong??
