Error Message re: SetPoint.exe

Using XP, IE7. At start-up I recently began getting the following error
message: "SetPoint.exe - unable to locate component. This application has
failed to start because KemXML.dll was not found. Re-installing the
application may fix this problem."

This seems somehow connected with a Logitech product I am using, but I am
not sure what, as everthing seems to be working OK. Does anyone know a fix
for this? All help is appreciated.
