Error Message OX800CCC7D

I am unable to send emails with attachments. The error message read:
Subject: Fired Workers Sent Home; Account: pop.suddenlink.net; server:
smtp.suddenlink.net, Protocol: SMTP, Server Response 250 Size 52428800,
Port: 25, Secure (SSL): Yes, Server Error: 250, Error Number Ox800CCC7D."
My ISP said that Microsoft Mail is not compatible with their server. I
changed my settings not to break up messages less than 9000 KB, and I am in
the process of backing up all of my emails and tryilng to reset the server
because I think my emails that I have stored in WindowsMail are corrupt. I
was using Avast as a virus check and my computer came with Norton, so I
disabled (I hope) Norton. After I finish the backup, I'll try and send my
email with the large attachment. I am a computer moron, having flunked out
of Microsoft classes after two days in Networking. Ugh.. Help, please.

You may have to uninstall the Norton program, not just disable it. And then
delete the email account from Windows Mail, then restart Windows Mail
and create the email account again. This usually gets rid of any hidden
damage caused by the Norton program.

Your ISP is incompetent, but what else is new...

If after you complete Robert's suggestions, you still have a problem,
try this:
Go to Tools, Accounts, select the suddenlink.net account, Properties,
Advanced, unclick the box for the SSL option.

Right-click on the error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
I need to see the diagnostic information.

There are two possibilities here, so let's deal with the easier one first.
It is very unusual for a non-ISP organization like IUCNT.ORG to require
the SSL option. Go to Tools, Accounts, select the IUCNT.ORG account,
Properties, Advanced, uncheck the SSL box for the outgoing (SMTP)
server. Try sending.

IUCNT.ORG is not an ISP, so you are probably using a different entity
to provide your connection to the Internet. Most Internet service providers
will block access to port 25 SMTP servers other than their own.
Frankly, I don't think that's what is affecting you right now, but it could
in the future. For more on this topic see
