Error message: Object not found when send/recieve email

I have set up an email account and when I tested the connection in the setup
wizard it tested fine. But when I go to send or recieve email in Outlook it
doesn't work and I get a message "Object not found" What does this mean and
how do I fix it?

Ok, so making a new profile sloves the problem but now I have two profiles.
All my other stuff is in one profile (tasks, calendar, contacts, etc) and
one I can use only for email? This makes no sense. How do I get all my
information into one profile?
