Error Message In Word

I keep getting the following error in Office 2000 Prof Word.:-Microsoft
Visual Basic complete error in module:main. Tried to rectify with disc
Office2000 SR-1 Professional, but I got error message1321 the installer has
insufficient privilage to modify this file. D:\PFiles\MSOffice\1003\VBAOffGAW
Can anyone help please?
