error message during XP setup

I get a blue screen error message when I am installing
WinXP Pro. It is Kernal_Data_Inpage_Error
Stop: 0x0000007A (0xC02016BC, 0xC000000E, 0x805AFEC4,
0x002F2860)
Can anyone help out with this error message. I tried
installing Win 2000 and got the same blue screen error
message.
