Hi. Please help if you can.
I have been receiving the generic error message "C00D11CD" when using
Windows Media Player (version 10).
My system is XP Pro v2002, Service pack 2.
Problem: The error is coming up when I attempt to burn any music file from
my "My Music" file. All files are NOT copy protected or anything like that
and i have checked as many settings as I can find and they all appear in
order. This is only a new problem as this "WMP" set up has performed
flawlessly in the past and i have burned dozens of discs in a multiple of
file formats (mainly MP3). All other aspects of my "WMP" (play, rip etc)
work as normal.
Any help would be much appreciated. I have searched other help sites for
this error message and while many other problems are mentioned, I could not
find this one.
