I have Windows Media 9 Series installed in our home computer.
For some reason whenever I visit CMT.com (which is not the only website this
issue pertains to) and attempt to watch a video, I can't. I end up receiving
an error message stating..
Not found (404)
The file that you requested could not be found on this server. If you
provided the URL, please check to ensure that it is correct.
Now, if I am in Windows Media and search for a video, I can watch it.
However, I do encounter one problem if I select File, Open URL, and type in
a website address. I then receive an error message titled C00D11CD.
Our computer is practically brand new and we update it all the time. We have
Norton Internet Security installed.. And we have DSL.
Any ideas?
