Error Message 101

Hi when i try to run AntiSpyware or Antispyware Update i
encounter this error message, i have tried uninstalling,
reinstalling, updating via Contol panel add and remove
programs, and downgrading from beta 2 to beta 1, anyone got
any ideas?? please email them to (e-mail address removed),
