Error loading dll file

on starting i get message
error loading c:\windows\system32\msi40.dll
unable to access file

any ideas how to fix this. Ant connection that my cd-rw drive is not
working

Hi Eion

Do know which program msi40.dll is part of - it is not listed in the MS DLL database. Have you got the correct spelling of the file? If you find it in Windows Explorer - right click on it, select Properties and then the Version tab - click on 'Company'.
