Error: Initializing SQL Server Reconciler has failed

Hello,
I have SQL Server, SQL Server CE, and IIS running on the same machine.
I am getting this error(in the title). Does anyone know what this is
about? I tried using the regsvr32 sscerp20.dll but it didn't help
anything.

Hello,

take a look at the further errors (SqlCeErrorCollection) in debug mode,
"reconciler failed" just the first one I think.
