Error - I Explore has caused an error in user.exe

J

June

I am running Windows ME and Explorer 6.0. After
downloading the update a couple of weeks ago, I started to
get this message: I Explore has caused an error in
user.exe. IExplore will now close. Then one window
closes, but others remain open. Occasionally I also have
a freezing problem. I've run Norton Anti Virus and
Spybot, but the problem persists. Any suggestions>
Thanks in advance.

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log"
