error code 1933

When I tried to install Internet Security 2004 it
displayed error code 1933 "window installer cannot open
protected windows file" aomething like that. How do I
solve this problem?

You check with the program's manufacturer for tech support. In this
case, I believe you are talking about Norton, so go to Symantec's
website.
