Error Code 0x80200010

None of the latest updates were successful all had error code 0x80200010.
What is this and how do I fix the problem? Thanx in advance.

I found a bit more information by googling the specific error code so I tried
disabling my Mc Fee firewall but still didn't work. Open for suggestions.

Make sure these services are not disabled (Start, Run, type: Services.msc)

Background Intelligent Transfer Service(BITS)
Cryptographic Services
Remote Procedure Call (RPC)
System Restore Service


BG_E_NETWORK_DISCONNECTED
0x80200010
The network card is inactive or disconnected. All jobs are placed in the
BG_JOB_STATE_TRANSIENT_ERROR state
Check the device manager - make sure there isn't anything wrong there.
