Error Code: 0x80070002

I have created a ghost image using sysprep, My open source version of XP
SP2, and my Microsoft VALID license. When I deploy the image to a PC
minisetup completes fine. The PC reboots to what should be a login prompt
but I get this error message instead.

"A problem is proventing Windows from accurately checking the license on
this computer. Error Code: 0x80070002"

I have taken a look at the KB article 310794. This was no help as I do not
have a Dell system and I don't have those entries in my registry.
Any other suggesttions would be greatly appreciated

Thanks in advance

As the article states"not limited to a dell computer".How about the hd,was it
asigned a letter before the xp install. With xps XCOPY when you "ghost" or
mirror another hd to xp,the new hd must be a clean formatted drive with
a primary partition,if it has any data on it,or a letter asigned to
it,XCOPY will
fail...
