Error closing Outlook 2000

Every time I close MS Outlook 2000, I get an error which I am requested to
send to Microsoft. The detail contained within the error is: AppName:
outlook.exe AppVer: 9.0.0.6604 ModName: omint.dll ModVer: 5.5.3201.0 Offset:
0007033d. I have tried re-installing MS Office (2000 Professional) from the
OEM CD to no avail. MS Technet has revealed no answers, neither has a Google
search. Does anyone have any ideas other than re-formatting the HDD and
re-installing the OS as to how I solve this issue?

Google search produces several relevant hits. One of which was solved by un
and re installing Office.
