Hi all
I have asked this question in 2 newsgroup, but they have no response....

I find that where are some computer(vista and XP) display this error

Cannot connect Phone entry
Error 775:The call was blocked by the remote computer

however,in same network, some computers can access the VPN

We don't use dial up network as we use ADSL in network

There are 52 PC in the same network use linksys router to connect internet

{PC s}----{switch}------ {linksys Router& Sonic
Firewall}--------{Internet}----------{Our Customers}

{PC s} contains 30WinXp, 19 Win2k, 3 Vista(30XP get simialr setting)

Our Customer provide IP/Username/Password only for VPN to us.

8 of 30WinXP can not connect to VPN(display Error:775) but 22 of WinXP can
connect to VPN
(Computer xpA1-xpA8 can't,but Computer xpB1-xpB22 can)

2 of 3Vista can not connect to VPN,but 1 of Vista can connect(at first, all
of them can not,but I reinstall 1 of Vista many time, and finally,1 of them
can connect)
(Computer VistaA1-A2 can not,but Computer Vista B1 can)

19 of Win2k can connect VPN

I have tried connected to VPN with 30 computer at same time
and our customer say that the VPN server is for us only...

Other Customers use different server provide us VPN to connect, but computer
xpA1-xpA8 and VistaA1-A2 still can not connect....

The problem is why?and how to solve?
The Error 775 appear but none of computer get modem?

I saw most of homepage also claim that

"Cannot connect Phone entry
Error 775:The call was blocked by the remote computer"

is becoz of Modem dial up get error...

However,we have no modem, why get this problem???

PS.

must of them is sp3,some is sp2(but sp2 don't get problem)
For vista, all of them is sp1 already

I use admin right on all computer already

I have cancel and reconnect already, but it pop error immediately

In Event viewer...
no error...
