After boot up I get the following error message dialog box
on the screen and when I click on OK it disappears until
next boot up. There doesn't seem to be any other problems,
other than the pop up error message at boot up:
error 38427 A valid dll file was not found, windows is now
deleting file
What is error 38427 and how can I find which file is
causing the problem.
