error 1926 could not set file security for file config.msi

Hello, i hope someone can help me. I keep reciving the
error "error 1926 could not set file security for file
c:\config.msi" when i try to install some software or also
uninstalling some, i verify that i have administrations
rights, but the same problem continues. Also i look for
this file in my pc but i don't have it at all, i'm not
sure if that could be the problem. I Hope someone can
send me this file or give me a tip so won't be necessary
to fortmat my computer. Thank in advance.

I have exactly the same problem on my two PC's and I have administrator
right on both. I don't know have to solve it neither?
