Error 1706 OM19.DLL Missing

I have MS Outlook 2000. Had it configured and running.
Then in the options menu I clicked on reconfigure to work
inernet e-mail and Outlook exted automatically.

Now when I click on Outlook it ask for MS-Office SR-1 Pro
Disk, which I do not have sine it is a corporate computer
configured else where. When I close I get error 1706 and
OM19.dll missing.

Anyone know how I can fix and get Outlook back.

Outlook Express still works.
