Error 1311 YI561403.CAB not found

I am attempting to upgrade my Outlook from Office 2003 to Outlook 2007 (I
have the Outlook stand-alone package). I have installed it before just fine.
However now when I try to install it I get the above error. Can't find that
file on the CD. I am running XP & Outlook 2003 with all the current updates
installed.

I even uninstalled all my McAfee programs in case they were hampering the
install.

Can you help me out?

PS - When I say "cancel" the install and Outlook 2007 says it is removing
the changes I cannot then go to Outlook 2003 and run it. I have to reinstall
the complete Office 2003 package to get Outlook to work.
