Error 1305

I have a mobile way of accessing my work email at home. Everytime I try to
reply or forward a message I get the following error message and can't
correct it by installingthe updates:
Error 1305. Error reading from file:
F:\PFiles\VStudio\Common\IDE\IDE98\Resource\1033\MSENV2UI.DLL
Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.
Anyone have any experience with this? I've searched Microsoft and can not
find a resolution anywhere.

returned 385 possibilities. Try it!

No. Chuck recommended a Google search that returns 385 results and I just
sisn't sit and sift through all of them yet.
